The JK Rape Case

The most prominent of the many criticisms leveled at the JK rape case has been the victim’s choice to go public with her story. Many people have taken exception to her decision, arguing that she should have kept quiet and let it be dealt with by the legal system. They believe the woman’s testimony was too contradictory and unreliable to be of any use to the prosecution. However, it is clear from the trial that the prosecution had no interest in convincing the jury that the accused was innocent; all they had to do was present their own case to the jury.

It is clear that the prosecutor had no real interest in proving the accused guilty of a crime. He or she was just looking to prove that the accused committed a crime and was convicted for his crime.

But in the JK rape case, there was no question that the accused had committed a crime. The only way they could prove this to the jury was to prove the accused was guilty of rape. This does not mean they had to prove he committed rape in every single case. They only needed to present evidence that was consistent with each and every rape charge against the accused.

This means that the prosecution had no interest in convincing the jury that the accused had committed a rape even if they presented evidence that included the rape victim’s claims that the accused had threatened her with a knife if she disclosed her story. The fact that the accused had also threatened to kill her if she revealed her story only added to the credibility of her story and made it more believable.

In other words, if the prosecution presented strong evidence that the accused was guilty of the rape, the jury would accept this evidence and convict the accused. If the prosecution did not present evidence that the accused was guilty of the rape, the jury would not accept this evidence and the accused would still be found guilty. This is why it is important for anyone who has faced a criminal trial to make sure that the prosecution presented enough evidence to support their claims.
